IT Support – How to request it
Completion requirements
1) To report technical malfunctions (incident):
- An application does not open or does not work properly
- A website is not available
- You receive a system error message
👉 Open a ticket on help.luiss.it
2) For all other requests:
- Request for new accounts or configurations
- Activation or deactivation of a service
- Changes to systems or configurations
- Technical issues, but you cannot access the dedicated platform
